Discord roles
The roles our Discord bot gives Chessware users, and what to do if one is missing.
Our Discord bot manages these roles automatically:
| Role | When you get it | When it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Member | Your first Discord sign-in | Account deletion |
| Customer | When you buy a plan | Plan expiry or account deletion |
| Product roles | When a plan comes with one | That plan's expiry |
The roles show on your Chessware profile too.
A role is missing
- Make sure you're in the server: https://discord.gg/kCTeGtzywj.
- Check you're signed into the site with the right Discord account (dashboard → Account).
- Wait a few minutes — the bot syncs periodically.
- Still missing? Ask in the server's help channel.
